Dr. Neyara Radwan is an Associate Professor with over 20 years of dedicated experience in teaching, training, research, and community service at top-tier institutions in the Middle East.She served as the Quality Assurance Officer for over seven years, overseeing EMBA, MBA, and Ph.D. programs at the Faculty of Economics & Administration at King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. He is Professor of Computer Engineering at the Department of Electronics and Computer Engineering, Pulchowk Campus, Institute of Engineering, Tribhuvan University, and Visiting Professor at Brown University, Rhode Island, USA. He currently serves as Director of the IT Innovation Center, Tribhuvan University. His prior leadership roles include Executive Director of the National Information Technology Center (Government of Nepal); Head of Department, Director of the Center for Information Technology, and Chairman of the Electronics & Computer Engineering Subject Committee at the Institute of Engineering, Tribhuvan University. Prof. Shakya has coordinated major international programs such as EURECA, IDEAS, and LEADER, financed by the European Commission (Erasmus Mundus), and is an advisor member of the National Information Technology Committee, Government of Nepal.
